1. Judges decisions are FINAL.

 2. NO approaching the judges or tabulators during competition.

 3. Individual score sheets will be given out after awards.

 4. The Master Scoresheet will be available for viewing after awards.

 5. NO coaching for 7 and up 1 point deduction per judge will be taken.

 6. If we have only 1 contestant in any age division they may have the option of changing age divisions or receiving a refund.

 7. Professional hair and makeup is allowed but not required.  

 8. There will be a dressing room near the ballroom for contestants.

 9. The director may request proof of age at any time. Please have a copy of contestant's birth certificate.      

10. Diamond supremes cannot recompete the following year.  They will be invited to hostess.            

11. All contestants and their families are expected to conduct themselves in a mannerly fashion at all times. We WILL disqualify any contestant who shows poor sportsmanship.              

12. The director and staff reserve the right to refuse entry into the pageant or ballroom of any person.          

13. A detailed schedule of events will be sent to all contestants 1 week before the pageant.            

14. Entry fees are non-refundable.  You may obtain credit towards next year ONLY.

15. Winners give America's Regal Gems the right to use their name and pictures for publicity without further compensation.

16. Any false information on application will result in forfeiture of all titles and return of all awards and/or bonds.        

17. A sibling discount of 1/2 off the Supreme Package Fee may be taken ONLY if both siblings are doing supreme.

18. The only way to receive fees off to our national competition is by doing a preliminary pageant.  ONLY one discount per contestant allowed.  You may take the highest of preliminary wins, referral or sibling discount.  You may also take the early  bird discount if it applies.              

19. All supreme titles (Diamond, Novice, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Age Division Supreme, Beauty, & Princess/Prince) are not BUMPED from events, but are BUMPED from other titles.  Time limit is 2 1/2 minutes for all modeling and talent events.

21.  You may use your own music for OOC1, OOC2 & Swimwear.

22. We will no longer be responsible for awards broken or stolen once they have been awarded to you.  This includes, gifts, crowns, sashes etc.  The only thing we will replace is bond money providing original check has not been cashed.
